Use of LolliDrop

LolliDrop is designed to help monitor and water plants. It does not replace regular care, safe setup, or checking the plant, water supply, batteries, and surrounding area.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Product use

Use LolliDrop according to setup instructions. Do not submerge the device, place it where it can sit in standing water, or use it in a way that could damage property.

Plant care and plant outcomes

LolliDrop is a plant care aid, but plant health depends on many factors, including plant type, soil, pot size, light, temperature, humidity, water supply, battery condition, setup, and regular maintenance. You are responsible for checking your plants, water source, device setup, and surrounding area. We do not guarantee that any plant will survive, grow, bloom, or remain healthy, and we are not responsible for plant damage, decline, or loss.

Orders

Product availability, pricing, and launch timing may change. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LolliDrop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including plant loss, water damage, or interrupted service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, app, and website change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
