30-day returns

We want you to feel confident trying LolliDrop Smart Plant Watering System. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused or gently tested products in original condition.

Condition requirements

Returned items must include the device and included accessories. Products should be returned clean and must not be damaged, modified, submerged, abused, or used with anything other than clean water.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
