Contact support before sending anything back. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support with photos of the item, packaging, and order number.
