Shipping

Returns

We want you to feel confident trying LolliDrop. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must include the LolliDrop device and included accessories. Products should be returned in clean condition and must not be damaged, modified, submerged, abused, or used with anything other than clean water.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please contact support@lolli-drop.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, checkout email, and a short description of the issue.

Warranty

LolliDrop includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device fails due to a covered defect, we may repair it, replace it, or provide a refund at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, batteries, water bags, tubing, cosmetic damage, damage from misuse, modification, improper setup, freezing, submersion, using liquids other than clean water, clogged tubing from dirty water, physical damage, or damage caused by plants, pets, children, outdoor exposure beyond normal rain or humidity, or failure to follow setup instructions.

LolliDrop helps automate watering decisions, but plant health depends on many factors outside our control, including plant type, soil, pot size, drainage, light, temperature, humidity, pests, and user setup. The warranty covers the device, not the plant. Plant outcomes are not guaranteed.

Batch 1 launch notes

Batch One inventory is limited and may go in and out of stock during the launch window. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Product presentation may continue to improve as launch feedback comes in, but the core kit contents listed here remain the intended Batch One offering.
