LolliDrop includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is covered
The 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of delivery.
What we may do
If your device fails due to a covered defect, we may repair it, replace it, or provide a refund at our discretion.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, batteries, water bags, tubing, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper setup, freezing, submersion, clogged tubing from dirty water, or plant outcomes.
